Apple CEO Steve Jobs has already made a comment about Apple’s netbook strategy — that is, if they are going to release an actual netbook that can compete with the slew of netbooks that other companies are releasing.
To Jobs, the convergence of communication devices and computers that netbooks offer is something that is already present in Apple’s products. And that’s the iPhone. He said that iPhone users can get the software that they want through the Apps store and the gadget already features internet browsing and email capabilities.
Jobs did say that if the netbook category further evolves they could enter the market and they do have great ideas in case they develop one.
