Travelers and tourists fly to Japan during Spring to witness the breathtaking beauty of these flowers. But, these are not the only wonderful thing that blooms in Japan. Here is your guide to the different fields that boasts the most exquisite flowers you will ever see.
Japan is known for its in depth relationship with nature. It is evident in their traditions and culture that is why their art and masterpieces are reflection of nature. It is not surprising at all to see these nature as if they are an art form that was brought to life.

Lavender Fields
Lavender fields are not only available in France. Even Japan has its own version of this wonderful lilac field. Furano Flower Field is located in Hokkaido, the northern most island of Japan. Aside from the abundance of lavenders in this field, it also has sunflowers, lilacs, and lilies. Visitors usually flock during summer time (June-August) to see the beauty of this field.
Some farms in the area offer bus rides so you can tour the fields without hassle. You can also sit in some cafes and shops to fully appreciate and observe the place.
Hitachi Seaside Park
Located in a 350-hectre field in Ibaraki Prefecture, Hitachi Seaside Park offers the most brilliant blue flowers called nemophila. These flowers are in full bloom from April to May and seems to mirror the endless blue sky. On other seasons, Hitachi Seaside Park boasts different plants that also change colors as the seasons change.
Aside from the amazing flowers and plants that cover the entire park, it also has cafes, bike lanes, and walking trails so you can truly explore the entirety of the place.
Shibazakura Field
A good place to see these beautiful flowers is the Chichibu Hitsujiyama Park, located in the Saitama Prefecture. Shibazakura flowers in this field is strategically placed to create interesting and cute designs. It is also foregrounds the Mount Buko, giving the travelers real Japanese rural goodness.
Wisteria Flower Field
Located in the Tochigi Prefecture, the Ashikaga Flower Park boasts different kinds of wisteria flowers or fuji in Japanese. They come in pink, white, yellow, and blue colors. Another popular attraction in the Ashikaga Flower Park is its majestic 100-year old fuji tree that creates a canopy of blue flower. It also boasts a tunnel-like structure made from the white flowers that seem to go on forever.
Hydrangea Field
Hydrangea are known to fully bloom during the rainy seasons. The best place to visit hydrangea is in this temple called Meigetsuin Temple. It also goes by the name of hydrangea Temple. The best is between June to July where the flowers are at their most majestic.
